The Bulldogs defense is definitely tougher since Tex moved back to the blue line. The evidence is the increase in penalty minutes for the team over the last two years. But unlike Reilly, who takes the "water skiing on a guy" type of penalty, Penn takes the garden variety "I'm lighting you up" infraction for a seat in the box.
