The oldest Bulldog Smiley hit 50 last season (that's 350 in Bulldog years) and something snapped him into a more mellow dude. Maybe it was the realization of entering into his 50s, or just getting the colonostopy over with. Either way, he is not as crusty on the bench. Sean proves the truth in the relationship between age and more penalties. His favorite is what the team calls "the pogey." That is when you grab an opponent from behind and act like you are getting a free ride on the back bumper of a car in the middle of winter.
Sean is hoping to get his own sports talk show after his playing
days are over. Of course with all the swearing that will go on, it will
have to be on satellite radio.
